2. Scope and Mission

Mission of the Journal
To highlight the results of current scientific research in the field of economics, globalization processes, and public administration, and to promote the integration of Ukrainian science into the global scientific space.

Objectives

  • publication of original theoretical and empirical articles by Ukrainian and foreign authors;

  • discussion of problems and prospects for the development of the national economy in the context of globalization;

  • analysis of the effectiveness of public governance and administration mechanisms;

  • implementation of European standards of publication ethics.

4. Journal Policies

Open Access Policy

The journal adheres to a policy of immediate open access to published content, supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge exchange. All articles are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Peer Review Process

The journal uses double-blind peer review, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are hidden from each other.

  • All submitted articles undergo an initial screening by the editorial board for compliance with the journal's profile and formatting requirements.

  • Subsequently, manuscripts are sent to at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

  • The average review time is 4–8 weeks.

Publication Ethics

The editorial board of the journal is guided in its activities by the international standards of ethics for scientific publications developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Plagiarism Policy

The editorial board checks all manuscripts for text borrowings and plagiarism using specialized software (StrikePlagiarism). Manuscripts in which academic plagiarism is detected are rejected.

Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The journal permits the use of artificial intelligence tools to improve the readability and language of the manuscript, but they cannot be listed as authors of the article.
Authors are required to disclose the use of AI in the process of preparing the work. Full responsibility for the content, originality, and reliability of the information rests with the authors.

Archiving Policy

The journal ensures the long-term preservation of published materials by archiving them in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN).
